Return Policy

Any item(s) purchased may be returned for any reason within 45 days of the invoice date and receive a full refund on the merchandise. Items returned after 45 days may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Rattan products and chemicals are not returnable after 90 days.

If you wish to return merchandise, please call 636-422-0325 to get a return merchandise authorization. Ship the item(s) in original, unused condition to:
